Straw yellow color, with a delicate and persistent perlage and a delicately fruity nose. Not just as an aperitif, but as a complete accompaniment to food, especially with fish. “Atunidea” is dedicated to Mamma Maria Bolzan. The word in the stylized Venetian dialect means more or less “You have a clue!” And was one of their favorite expressions when we children tried to defuse their daily and mostly unnecessary worries in a funny way.
